All Our Bouncy Castles can be hired on their own or as part of one of our packages.

Suitable for ages 14 & under

• 1.0 metre – 8 Users
• 1.2 metre – 6 Users
• 1.5 metre – 5 Users
• 1.8 metre

(Any one over this height is not permitted to use this equipment)

• Indoors or Outdoors (Will only be setup on suitable ground IE: Flat grassed area!)

• Due to safety we DO NOT set up on concrete, tarmac, decking, bark chip or anything similar.)

• Equipment Size – 12 FT (Width) x 18 FT (Length) x 9.3 FT (Height)
• Required Space – 16FT  (Width) x 24 FT (Length) x 10.3 FT (Height)

• All bouncy castles are different sizes so its important to ensure you know it will fit. The main concern would be the ceiling height. Its your responsibility to ensure it will fit as you’ll still be charged the hire cost.

Venue Access:

Minimum door width 1.25m

Minimum lift size 1.35m x 1.25m

Stairs:

Unfortunately due to the weight of our Bouncy Castle we cannot set this up upstairs unless there is a lift.

• 1x 13 Amp Socket

• We will require 30 minutes to setup our Bouncy Castle

• We will only setup our Bouncy Castles in suitable weather conditions in accordance with the British Standard BS EN 14960. 

• If the wind speed is more than 24 mph or in the event of heavy rain we will have to cancel the hire due to health & safety. If this is the case on the day you will be notified and offered to re book another suitable date. 

Will I be required to do anything when you arrive?

Please ensure that the ground is clear from stones, sticks, glass, dog mess or any other item that may damage or dirty the castle. Ensure we are able to park outside your property easily, and enter with our trolley through a side gate or large front door easily with no obstacles.

• We will set up the castle for you. All we ask is for you to read through the Terms & Conditions / Safety Instructions and sign the disclaimer. It is then your responsibility to supervise anyone under the age of 18 years on the castle, and ensure the castle is not damaged or you will be liable for repair costs as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
